1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Home Appliances Repair in Ajman. By browsing this website, requesting a service appointment, or booking technical assistance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere strictly to these terms.

If you disagree with any portion of these conditions, please refrain from using our online portal and services. We reserve the right to periodically modify these terms to align with operational standards and municipal requirements in Ajman.

2. Scope of Repair and Maintenance Services

Home Appliances Repair in Ajman provides skilled diagnostic evaluations, scheduled maintenance, and on-site restoration for domestic equipment, including washing machines, drying units, dishwashers, and refrigeration units across the Emirate of Ajman.

Diagnostic Procedure

Our technicians perform hands-on fault tracing before executing work. A full explanation of required replacement components and estimated repair labor is provided prior to commencement.

Replacement Components

Only certified, brand-compatible replacement parts are installed to preserve appliance integrity, operational safety, and extended product life.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Site Access

To ensure secure and efficient service operations, clients booking appointments must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Provide safe, unobstructed access to the designated equipment, including proper clearance, adequate lighting, and active water/power utilities.
  • Ensure an adult representative or owner is present at the residential premises during the technician inspection and repair stages.
  • Provide transparent history regarding prior repair interventions, recurring electrical trips, and physical damage.

4. Quotations, Pricing & Payments

Diagnostic inspections and technical labor are billed according to clear, pre-approved job quotes. All payments must be completed immediately upon final verification and testing of the repaired appliance unless arranged otherwise under a written agreement.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and local electronic payment transfers supported across Ajman.

5. Technical Warranties and Limitations

Replacement hardware and technical labor carry defined limited service coverage outlined in the official work receipt delivered following completion. This service coverage does not apply to damages arising from voltage fluctuations, external plumbing issues, improper user operation, pests, or unauthorized third-party tampering.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you must adjust or reschedule a confirmed booking, please notify our support coordination desk at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment window. Prompt communication enables our mobile technicians to reallocate service routes effectively.

Additional Service Conditions and Customer Responsibilities

Appointment requests and cancellations

Submitting a contact form or making a telephone enquiry is a request for service, not confirmation of a booking. An appointment is confirmed only when the service provider communicates the agreed date or time window. Please notify the provider as early as possible if access is unavailable or you need to reschedule.

Diagnosis, estimates and approval

Initial descriptions and estimates are provisional where a fault cannot be verified remotely. The final scope may depend on inspection, testing, parts availability, and the appliance model. Customers should be told about material changes to the estimate and should approve additional work before it proceeds.

Parts, warranties and limitations

The type, availability, and warranty coverage of a replacement part can vary. Any parts or workmanship warranty should be stated on the job invoice or other written service record, including applicable exclusions and the process for requesting follow-up support.

Customer access and safety

Customers should provide safe access to the appliance and disclose known hazards such as water leaks, damaged sockets, gas smells, or unstable installations. The service provider may postpone work where conditions appear unsafe or the requested work requires a specialist not available for the visit.
